Join a hand-picked, supportive group of women to reflect, realign, and create an intentional plan for 2026. Through guided reflection, habit design, and 12-week goal setting, you’ll turn ideas into action and make the changes you truly want.

As a Somatic + Design Thinking Coach, I’ve designed this 6-session experience to blend five interactive group sessions with one private coaching conversation. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence, so 2026 becomes the year you actually create the changes you’ve been envisioning.

I designed this experience for women, like me, who are navigating transition and want to make change happen with intention, not pressure.​

  • ​1:1 Coaching Window: January 9–31

  • Schedule: Fridays, 12–2 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Format: Zoom + Mural (you’ll receive your own practice board)

  • Group Size: Limited to 6 women

  • Contribution: Pay what you want (donation-based)
