My Journey

I grew up in a small beach town in India, surrounded by a loving family and a close-knit community. That sense of belonging, of being held by people and place, remains one of my deepest sources of strength.
After business school, I built a career in HR. Later, my husband and I followed our own current, moving to another beach town - this time in California, which I now call home.
My professional path in the U.S. wasn’t linear. Just as things seemed to settle, something shifted. At the time, those moments felt unsettling. In hindsight, they were invitations to explore, to travel, and to discover new parts of myself along the way.
I know what it’s like to look at your life on paper and feel like it should be enough - and still feel like something essential is missing.
My life looked full - the titles, the travels and busy timelines. And then, all of it stopped, and I had to face the question I’d been outrunning: Who am I when I’m not performing?
That reckoning was painful. But it also became a turning point.
I began to turn inward. Through programs like Coaching Certifications, IDEO U, and #IamRemarkable, and working with coaches and therapists, I started to redefine success - not as a straight line, but as alignment.
That question "Who am I when I’m not performing?" changed everything for me. And it’s the question I hold space for in my work with you.
Today, I’m a certified somatic coach with a background in HR, Design Thinking, and organizational change. I support clients in aligning different parts of their lives through mindset and body-based work, helping them build steadiness, awareness, and forward movement that feels true to who they are. I bring all of it, the professional rigor and the deeply personal, to every client I work with.
This work is ongoing. There is no final arrival. But I’ve learned how to stay with myself through the waves, and I’m here to remind you that you can, too.
